The idea of the project is based on the idea that fashion is ever changing and therefore how should the space where we see fashion be like? We believe that the space should be quite different in time compared to fashion. Clothing changes every session, the architecture should feel a little timeless.
We are situated in the center of Madrid, in a 1920s building on Calle Serrano, listed and protected as one of the historic buildings of the city of Madrid.
Therefore histiry should be somehow always present, on the walls, ... The surroundings... Modernity should be related to the layers of history to which it refers
The project, intervention, must portray a modern memory.
Our intention is to create a space with TIME, not only with materials, textures, lighting, or volumes, but with TIME, which after all is the key language in which fashion make sense.
